Dear Laveen Leadership Academy Families,
Welcome to a new and exciting school year at Laveen Leadership Academy at Cheatham Farms! My name is Mrs. Sara Schaefer, and I am absolutely thrilled to begin my first year as your principal. It’s a true honor to be a part of this wonderful community, and I can’t wait to embark on this journey with each of you.
This year, we’re excited to start something truly special by integrating the Leader in Me program into our classrooms. Our students will have the opportunity to learn and live by the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, empowering them to develop leadership skills, build strong character, and take ownership of their own learning. We believe this approach will help them thrive not only in school but in life.
I’m looking forward to hearing feedback from our families as we roll out this new initiative. I believe that when school and home work together, we create the best possible environment for our children to succeed, and your insight will be invaluable in shaping the experience for everyone.
